Transpersonal Hypnotherapy

The work that begins where ordinary therapy ends — beyond biography, into the larger field of who you are.

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is a hypnotherapeutic approach that takes the work past personal biography into soul, archetype and source-level awareness. Where talk therapy reaches its ceiling, this method opens the room above it — letting healing arrive from the layer of you that is older and steadier than your story.

What it is

Most therapy works with the personality — the part of you shaped by this lifetime, by your family, by what happened. Transpersonal Hypnotherapy keeps all of that in view, and then opens the door behind it. From a relaxed, attentive state, Krishna helps you contact the parts of awareness that are not exhausted by your biography: the witness, the inner guide, the soul. From that vantage, the things that felt impossibly tangled often become quietly clear.

Who it helps

  • People who have done years of conventional therapy and feel they have hit a ceiling
  • Seekers asking the larger questions: what is my purpose, what is real, who am I beyond all this
  • Those moving through grief, illness or a major life threshold
  • Anyone wanting to integrate spiritual experience into everyday living

How a session unfolds

A session runs ninety minutes to two and a half hours. After conversation and intention-setting, Krishna guides you through a layered induction designed not just to relax the body, but to widen awareness past the usual self-image. From there the work is responsive — sometimes meeting an inner witness, sometimes contacting an archetype, sometimes opening into a felt experience of source. You return slowly. The integration matters as much as the journey.

Expected outcomes

  • A felt shift in how you relate to your own story — less identified, more spacious
  • Reliable inner contact with the part of you that knows what to do
  • Quieter mind, easier sleep, less reactivity
  • A clearer sense of meaning and direction

Frequently asked

How is transpersonal hypnotherapy different from regular hypnotherapy?
Standard hypnotherapy works with personal memory and behaviour. Transpersonal work goes further — into the soul, archetype and source layers of awareness — to address what biography alone cannot reach.
Is this therapy or spiritual practice?
Both. It is grounded in clinical hypnotherapy, and it respects the spiritual dimensions of being human, without imposing any belief system.
Will I lose control during the session?
No. You stay aware and in choice the whole way. Krishna guides and witnesses; he never directs your inner experience.
Do I need to be on a spiritual path already?
Not at all. The work meets you wherever you actually are.
