Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They help sites remember preferences and keep things working smoothly. This page explains exactly what is used here.
1. What this site uses
Krishna's site is intentionally lightweight. It does not run advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or behavioural profiling tools. The only items that may be stored locally in your browser are:
- Strictly necessary preferences — for example, remembering whether you've dismissed a banner. These are functional and exempt from consent under most privacy laws.
- Google Fonts (CDN-served) — when your browser loads the typefaces, it makes a request to Google's servers. Google may log the request per their own privacy notice. No cookies are set by this site for that purpose.
If basic, anonymised analytics (such as a privacy-respecting service like Plausible or Fathom) are added in future, this page and the cookie notice will be updated to reflect that, and you will be asked for consent first where required.
2. What this site does not use
- No Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
- No advertising or remarketing cookies.
- No cross-site tracking.
- No third-party social media trackers (the social icons in the footer are simple links, not embedded widgets).
3. Third-party services that may set cookies
Two limited cases:
- WhatsApp link — when you click the floating WhatsApp button, you leave this site for WhatsApp's domain. WhatsApp's own cookies and policies then apply.
- Embedded map — once a Google Maps embed is added to the contact page, Google may set its own cookies. You can read Google's cookie notice on their site.
4. How to control cookies
You can clear, block or limit cookies through your browser settings at any time:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site, but it will not block any therapy work — every session happens by direct, private video call on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp.
5. Updates to this policy
If anything changes — for example, if analytics are added — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date will reflect the change.
