Spiritual Soul Guide

A steady, grounded companion for the long arc of your inner path — practical wisdom held in real conversation.

Spiritual Soul Guidance is a one-to-one mentoring relationship for seekers who want a steady, grounded companion on the inner path. Krishna meets you across months or years, helping you integrate spiritual experience into ordinary life — practice, decisions, relationships and the way you actually live.

What it is

Therapy works on what is wounded. Soul Guidance walks with you across the longer arc of your spiritual life — when practice deepens, when meaning shifts, when an awakening arrives, when you do not know which book to put down or which silence to enter. It is steady company, not a workshop. It is also practical: the work always lands back in how you live, not in how spiritual you sound.

Who it helps

  • Long-time seekers who want one consistent guide rather than a parade of teachers
  • People going through a spiritual opening or dark night
  • Those leaving a tradition, or building a quieter practice that fits their life
  • Anyone who wants to integrate inner work into family, career and ordinary days

How a session unfolds

Sessions run sixty to seventy-five minutes and happen monthly or fortnightly, by your choice. You arrive with whatever is alive — a question, a dream, a difficulty, a piece of practice that has stalled. Krishna listens, names what he is hearing, draws on the wisdom of multiple traditions, and helps you find the next honest step. Between sessions you have light email or message access for short questions.

Expected outcomes

  • A practice that feels yours, not borrowed
  • Steadier ground under spiritual experience — less inflation, less collapse
  • Clearer integration into work, relationships and daily life
  • The quiet relief of being known, over time, by one trusted guide

Frequently asked

Is this the same as therapy?
It overlaps but is distinct. Therapy works on what is wounded; soul guidance walks with you across the longer arc of your spiritual life. Many people use both.
Do I need to follow a particular religion or tradition?
No. Krishna draws on the wisdom of multiple traditions and meets you in your own. Nothing is imposed.
How often do we meet?
Most clients meet monthly or fortnightly across six to twelve months. The cadence is set with you, based on what your path actually needs.
Can we begin with one session and decide later?
Yes. The first session is an exploration. There is no obligation to continue.
