1. Who you are agreeing with
Krishna Singh, an independent holistic practitioner based in Dindoli, Surat, Gujarat, India ("Krishna," "we," "the practice"). When you use this website, "you" refers to the visitor or client.
2. Use of the website
You may read, share and link to pages on this website for personal and non-commercial use. You may not republish content, scrape the site at scale, attempt to bypass technical protections, or impersonate Krishna in any setting.
3. Intellectual property
All written content, the practice's name and visual identity, the photographs of Krishna, and the SVG illustrations and design system on this site are the intellectual property of Krishna Singh. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back. Substantial reproduction requires written permission.
4. Booking a session
- A session is confirmed only after payment (or a deposit) is received and a date/time is mutually agreed in writing.
- Sessions run for the duration listed on the relevant therapy page. Krishna may extend a session at his discretion at no extra charge.
- You agree to arrive on time, in a fit state to do the work (rested, sober, not under the influence of recreational substances), and from a private space if the session is online.

5. Suitability
Krishna's work is suitable for adults seeking emotional, psychological and spiritual growth. It is not appropriate for people in active psychiatric crisis, those with untreated psychotic conditions, or anyone whose treating physician has advised against altered states of awareness. Krishna may decline a booking if he believes another form of care will serve you better, and will say so honestly.
6. Not a substitute for medical care
Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. Please read the full Disclaimer before booking.
7. Confidentiality (and its limits)
Everything you share in a session stays confidential. The only exceptions, required by professional ethics and Indian law:
- If there is a credible, immediate risk of serious harm to you or to another person.
- If a court of competent jurisdiction issues a binding order requiring disclosure.
- If you give explicit, written consent for a specific purpose (e.g. a named case study).
8. Conduct
This is a respectful space. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards Krishna or anyone associated with the practice will end the working relationship immediately, with no refund of work already delivered.
9. Limitation of liability
Krishna delivers his work with care, training and integrity. He cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Krishna's liability arising out of any session, recommendation or website content is limited to the fee paid by you for the relevant session. Krishna is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Third-party links
This website may link to other sites and resources. Krishna does not control them and is not responsible for their content or practices. Visit them at your own discretion.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the website or booking a new session after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
