1. Who is the data controller
Krishna Singh, operating from Dindoli, Surat, Gujarat, India, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and related session bookings.
2. What information is collected
Only what is needed to respond to you and conduct sessions:
- Contact details you submit through the contact form — name, email, phone (optional), and the message you write.
- Session notes created during therapy. These are kept confidential and stored securely.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically — IP address, device type, pages visited. This is anonymous and used only to keep the site running well.
3. Why it is collected
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a first conversation.
- To schedule and conduct your session.
- To send you session-related follow-ups (recording, integration notes, next-step suggestions).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations under Indian law.
You will never be added to a marketing list without your explicit consent. Krishna does not run automated email campaigns.
4. Who else sees your information
Nobody, in almost every case. Limited exceptions:
- Payment processors (when you pay for a session) see only what is needed to complete the transaction.
- Email and video-call providers (such as the platform hosting an online session) handle data per their own terms.
- Indian authorities, only if legally compelled by a valid court order.
Session content is never shared, discussed publicly, or used in case studies without your written, named consent.
5. How long it is kept
- Contact form submissions — up to 24 months, then deleted unless you become a client.
- Client records — retained for 7 years to meet Indian tax and professional record-keeping norms, then deleted.
- Session notes — kept for the duration of the working relationship and up to 3 years after, then destroyed.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and under the GDPR if you are based in the EU/UK, you have the right to:
- Ask what information Krishna holds about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention rules above).
- Withdraw consent for any processing that depends on consent.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

7. Children
This website is not directed at people under 18. Sessions involving minors require explicit parental consent and are arranged separately, online with a parent present in the call.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data — encrypted email storage, password-protected files, and limited physical access to session notes. No system is perfect, and Krishna will notify you promptly if a breach ever affects your information.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days.
