Krishna's time is held for one client at a time. Each booking carries real preparation — pre-session conversation, energetic readiness, and a held space. The policy below balances the fairness this requires with the reality that life sometimes interrupts.
1. Booking confirmation
A session is confirmed when the agreed fee (or deposit) has been received and a date and time are mutually agreed in writing. Until then, slots are not held.
2. Reschedule by you — free of charge
You may reschedule a confirmed session up to 72 hours before the appointment without any charge. Krishna will offer the next available slot in his calendar.
Rescheduling between 72 and 24 hours before the session is permitted once per booking, with no fee. A second reschedule inside this window is treated as a late cancellation (see below).
3. Cancellation by you
- More than 7 days before the session: 100% of fees paid are refunded, less any payment-processor charges actually incurred.
- Between 7 days and 72 hours before: 75% of the fee is refunded.
- Between 72 and 24 hours before: 50% of the fee is refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the session fee is forfeited. The slot was held; the preparation was done.
4. Genuine emergencies
Sudden medical emergencies, bereavements, and similar genuine emergencies are handled with care, not rigidity. Write to Krishna as soon as you can and he will offer a free reschedule, regardless of timing. Please do not abuse this clause.
5. Cancellation by Krishna
If Krishna ever needs to cancel a confirmed session — illness, family emergency, technical failure on his side — you will receive:
- A full refund, no questions asked, or
- The next available slot in Krishna's calendar, with priority placement and a small acknowledgement of the inconvenience.
6. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, card or payment method, the funds typically appear in your account within 7–14 working days from the refund date. International refunds may take longer due to bank processing times.
7. Online sessions — additional notes
- If your internet connection fails partway through a session, Krishna will work with you to resume or reschedule the remaining portion at no extra charge.
- If Krishna's connection fails, the same applies — and you receive priority rebooking.
- Please log in five minutes early to test audio and video. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Krishna may need to shorten the session to protect the next client's slot, with no refund of that lost time.
8. Multi-session packages
Where a package of sessions has been purchased at a discounted rate, individual sessions inside the package follow the rescheduling and cancellation rules above. Refunds for unused sessions in a package are calculated at the standalone (non-discounted) rate of sessions already used, with the balance returned.
9. No refunds on completed sessions
Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable. If you feel the work did not serve you, please write to Krishna directly — he reads every such message and will respond personally to find a fair way forward.
10. Recordings, notes and digital materials
Where applicable, session recordings or guided audio sent after a session are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be unsent.
